Here a very unique kind of workout your gonna want to try out for hip stability with the added bonus of working your quad and glutes.
I discovered this routine purely out of necessity. Out of the need to work on my legs and my kicking without aggravating my ankles, I discovered a way to not only work on my kicks but also improve my balance and stability and get a mean quad workout in the process.
You don’t have to be a martial artist to try this one.
