If you don’t know what EFT is (A.K.A tapping) , its technique that helps you clear internal blocks that causes struggle in any area of life.
- It can dissolve limiting beliefs
- It can resolve self sabotage patterns
- It can also be used to overcome fear, anxiety and panic
- And it has been known to help you tap into higher levels of performance
I’m just skimming the surface in order to provide a brief nutshell description. I left out healing and motivation.
