If you don’t know what EFT is (A.K.A tapping) , its technique that helps you clear internal blocks that causes struggle in any area of life.

  • It can dissolve limiting beliefs
  • It can resolve self sabotage patterns
  • It can also be used to overcome fear, anxiety and panic
  • And it has been known to help you tap into higher levels of performance

I’m just skimming the surface in order to provide a brief nutshell description. I left out healing and motivation.




Which brings me to my next point. I found something that may help you get more drive and motivation to exercise.
