Is it possible to your own fitness coach?
Someone wrote in and asked a very unique question.
I love this question because if you’re the type of person to ask this question, then you’re the type of person that’s ready and willing to take responsibility and own your fitness.
The question is;
” How can I self motivate as if a coach were with me during my workouts?”
You know that you’re self motivated when you can do something without needing a coach, a personal trainer or even an accountability partner.
We should all strive to be self motivated and driven and reduce our levels of dependency on anyone or anything else. I truly believe that.
I’m not saying you shouldn’t use a trainer, a coach or recruit the support of friends or family to help you stay on track.
But in the long run, you want to own your fitness and know that you can depend on yourself to get it done.
I’ll share with you…
- Exactly how to always be motivated to show up and exercise.
- How to talk to yourself while training that will keep you focused, motivated and constantly improving and getting stronger
- And the 3 little words I use to get that edge when I feel I’m about to cave.
I’ve got a great video from my friend Brad Yates where he takes you through an EFT sequence for exercise motivation.
If you’re not familiar with EFT, its a technique that helps you dissolve fear and anxiety, limiting beliefs and negative behavior patterns.
That’s my description in a nutshell. What you need to know is that it can work for motivation and getting yourself to exercise even when you really don’t want to.
