Doubt can me your enemy in your fitness.
 
If you allow doubt to win, it’ll negatively impact your commitment and consistency, your drive and motivation and ultimately your gains and progress.
 
There are 3 type of doubts that show up no matter what your fitness goals and ambitions your striving for.
 
  1. Doubt in your potential
  2. Doubt in the method or approach you’ve chosen to get the results you want
  3. Doubt in your techniques and form
